Philip Mastagni
President
Acme Construction Company was founded in 1947 by Philip?s father, Fred Mastagni. Philip grew up in the construction industry and began working on jobs at 12 years of age and continued on and off through college. He played professional baseball from 1966 to 1970 reaching Triple A level with the Baltimore Orioles. Philip joined Acme Construction Company permanently in 1970and became President in 1976. Philip has a BS Degree in Business Administration from California State University-Fresno. He holds two class B licenses with the California Contractors State Licensing Board and an Asbestos Certification
Besides his duties as President, which have caused the sales revenues to increase from $4 M in 1976, to $55 M in 2005, Philip has, and still does, work as Estimator and Project Manager for Acme Construction Company.
